The morning fog descends upon the shadows on the ground

I feel the wind come through the trees with smooth unspoken sound

I wake and rise with dusty eyes, I stare into the sun

The sea is crashing waves of pain, my worlds are never one

Our last goodbye still lingers in the caverns of my mind

The way your eyes took hold of me, I wished that I was blind

Our fate was tragedy untold, I worked my days in pain

And now I sit in mountain air, beneath the crashing rain

A flock of winds blows from the east, my days are crimson-gold

The sea talks longingly with me of wicked tales untold

I often walk the cliffs at dawn, I walk in morning light

The midnight moon becomes my guide in forests of the night

The day I killed with trembling hands, her spirit died alone

Her jealous mind was poisoned by another lover's drone

Attacking me with blood-red eyes, eyes filled with rage and pain

I killed her and my self was dead beneath the throbbing rain

For 16 years, a lifetime since, I've lived the Devil's way

The mountain caves and whom they save have filled my waking days

The hounds are closing faster now, the hunt long since begun

I put my faith in crashing waves, at last my world is one
